Storefront 2.0.1 has been tagged for release and will be available to download very soon.
All-in-all the 2.0 release went fairly smoothly. There was one issue that we saw cropping up repeatedly though which is the primary bug that 2.0.1 addresses. Customizer-driven styles were often missing after updating from 1.x to 2.0.
Storefront now assigns all Customizer settings to a single theme mod (#) which is then referenced to add the inline styles. This theme mod is set on Customizer save and theme switch. So the issue arose because after the update Storefront was looking for a theme mod that didn’t exist yet! Luckily this is an easy fix. 2.0.1 now checks for that theme mods existence before trying to load it.
There are couple other small tweaks/fixes that you can read about in the changelog.
